Nutrition Education and Consulting

Whether you are an employer looking to reduce your healthcare costs and motivate your team, a community organization representing a population with special health and wellness needs, or a social group looking to offer interesting and useful programming to your members, Cook Learn Live can provide a custom program that meets your needs.

Our nutrition education services will help you to promote healthy living and prevent disease among your employees, students, or program participants by giving them the information they need to make well-informed choices for themselves and their families. Our consulting services help organizations to identify and address nutrition issues in food service operations, wellness policies, and community health.

Programs are available with or without hands-on cooking or food demonstrations and can be presented at almost any location in Westchester, Fairfield counties and surrounding areas for groups of any size. They can be stand-alone events or we can create a series of programs for your community.
