Cook Learn Live has partnered with Gathered Table to provide our clients with a very powerful tool–online, customizable meal plans featuring delicious, fast, healthy recipes that can fit all lifestyles.  All our meal plans are curated by a team of Registered Dietitians to help you meet your health goals and to transition to a diet based on whole, plant-based foods and high quality proteins.  The plans feature low-glycemic recipes aimed at stabilizing blood sugar, normalizing hormones, promoting healthy digestion, and reducing the inflamation associated with many chronic diseases.  Both are easy to manage from both your computer and your smartphone with Gathered Table’s app and link users to a growing library of great recipes.  Gathered Table’s program allows users to scale recipes up or down depending on the number of servings you need and creates shopping lists to streamline your trip to the grocery store.  Try both plans free for 24 hours before subscribing by clicking the links below.

21-Day Kick Off Plan – Experts say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit.  Break old eating habits and transition to new, healthier ways of eating with this 21-Day “cleanse” featuring only REAL FOOD–no shakes or supplements–in an easy to follow weekly plan designed to help you make the change to a healthy, plant-based diet.  Learn to love your veggies and live with fewer processed foods as you kick off your journey to healthier eating, then transition to our anti-inflammatory plan to help keep your success on track.

In order to do a “cleanse” properly, you need to consume high quality foods that reduce inflammation and promote well-being. Depriving your body of solid food for more than a day is never advised and should not be done unless medically necessary.This 21-Day Functional Cleanse is a great way to get your metabolism humming and jump-start your health before following our Anti-inflammatory Plan.

This plan has been created by a team of credentialed nutrition professionals and culinary facilitators to help you get started with meeting your health goals. You will have access to recipes for three meals per day plus snacks – all with easy-to-follow directions for people of all cooking levels.

During these 21 days you can expect to:
